The Multidisciplinary Journal of Horseed International University (MJHIU), Volume 3, Issue 1 (2025), explores a range of regional and global issues through scholarly articles focused on governance, development, and societal dynamics. Key articles examine the European Union’s support for African governance, including efforts to enhance the Pan-African Parliament’s legislative authority, nation-building in Mogadishu, and promoting good governance in East Africa. The issue also covers the EU’s role in infrastructure-driven economic growth, public health challenges, and philosophical perspectives on balancing forces across cultures.
